Meet Milani, affectionately referred to as Millie—a one-year-old, 18.8-pound sweetheart who’s already stealing hearts in her foster house. This courageous little Frenchie got here from an animal hoarding state of affairs and spent seven weeks in a shelter earlier than coming to FBV.
