This week was chilly and drizzly throughout our household go to to Boca Raton. My brother mentioned it was like Seattle climate. Sure.

We went to the seashore on Tuesday the place I noticed many Portuguese man o’conflict (Physalia physalis) washed up on the sand. They’re named for the topside bubble that resembles the sail on a Portuguese Man O’Battle ship. Not technically jellyfish they’re truly hydrozoa, small colonial predatory animals that sting powerfully sufficient to kill their prey. Do Not Contact, particularly whereas swimming!

Greatest Birds have been seven magnificent frigatebirds (Fregata magnificens) hovering within the chilly north wind close to their northernmost level on the Atlantic coast. (This Wikimedia picture is from Colombia.)
