This week the tulips bloomed on Thursday, after which it rained and rained.
There are many showy tulips in Oakland and Shadyside the place there aren’t any deer to eat them.
Rain! Pittsburgh acquired 1.33 inches of rain up to now 36 hours in order that, by 6am this morning, NOAA predicts minor flooding on the Level, the top of the Ohio. After all that might change.
