On the subject of wildlife rescue, collaboration is essential — and Sprite the wombat’s journey is an ideal instance.
Discovered on the sting of a housing improvement after navigating roads and being chased by canine, Sprite was in pressing want of assist. He confirmed early indicators of mange and had a rising lump on his leg. Because of the short motion of WIRES and different supportive folks, Sprite was safely transported for veterinary care.
His journey started at Sydney Uni Vet Clinic in Brownlow Hill, the place he was flippantly sedated for transport.
